Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM qualification, or related field is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of warehouse experience preferred; supervisory experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)..
- Other Skills:

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
- Confidently troubleshoot and resolve system errors or discrepancies independently.
- Handle emergency orders and stock-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Propose and implement improvements to warehouse workflow, rack arrangements, and inventory handling processes.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular checks, cycle counts, and proper documentation.
- Train and guide new warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
- Enforce safety standards and compliance with company policies in all warehouse activities.
